Please avoid arrow conveyancing! Nothing has been straightforward with them. From day 1 they were incompetent with paperwork and caused delays after delays. One year post completion we are STILL having issues with getting things sorted with land registry due to their utter incompetence!!!

In my experience, worst company I have ever encountered from start to finish and every bit in between. For the many of you who cannot get their service charge contingency back (read the 1 star reviews!), follow the complaints procedure to the letter - it wont get you anywhere but you have to do so before referring the matter to the Legal Ombudsman, which in my case did achieve the outcome required. If you are thinking of using this company and have read the significant number of negative reviews - you cannot say you wasn't warned....
