        Over priced, last minute work. Need constant chasing up. Took 3 attempts to send correct final invoice. They sent over completion documents the day before completion dates which I needed to drop in the same day to make sure we could complete. They were recommend by my builder, but it's clear that the only reason is for a mutual financial gain with the customer loosing out. a big mistake. Look elsewhere for a proper firm that will probably charge less and will provide a better service.

        DONT EVER USE THEIR CONVEYANCING. They don't do anything that has your interest at heart. They just want a fast TAT and take your money. Even more so, dont use this if it is suggests by a developer. Thankfully, I was smart enough to make my own enquiries to find out many problems with the property I was going to buy.
