Went to return a Parcel today. Manager/Owner sat on the phone to what seemed like a friend. Very rude. Pretended they didnt do parcel returns. After persisting he brought out a scanner and quickly scanned. Didnt even put it on the barcode and said said it didnt work. He clearly was annoyed a customer had interrupted his conversation! I asked him to rescan but he made me leave so he could carry on the phone. I would give zero stars if possible! Especially in these times you would think people would be helpful, horrible behaviour. Avoid this place!
