Awful experience doesnt even deserve 1star! Went to collect my DHL parcel Id had diverted here. I had my texts, shipment number, pickup code from DHL and my ID yet the guy wouldnt give me my parcel! He said I need a barcode even though DHL hadnt sent me one and I confirmed all the details he needed. He served others whilst I was waiting to be helped resolve my issue and was rude! I had to leave without my parcel that contains perishable goods as I need to go back and see the manager! They shouldnt be a DHL collection shop if they wont serve the customer. Im totally disgusted with their service and behaviour.
