Very disappointing . I make my shopping in this tesco for 4 years. I spend at least 700 per month and today the security disappointing me so badly. I ask a information and after, without any reason she ask for my recipe.I show her and after she start touching my staff. I ask her to gave me a good reason why she's touching my staff and just act rude. I told her i will make a complain and she just left without any apologies, any expectation. Soooo ruddddeee.

Worst store I ever visited they threat customers in a bad way, for instance I faced an issue today 22 of April 2023 with the last security check when I was on my way out it made an alert, the security guy told me to come back and checked my bag and I told him that I am not a thief I didn't steal anything but anyways I was respecting him because he's doing his job, then he asked me to even empty my pockets and I did just to prove that I am not a person who steals, anyways it turns out that the security machine in the door will make alert even if you have contactless card in your pocket. That being said he didn't say sorry or show any respect and when he was checking the bag he was saying "let's see where this is going to end up" Also I am suspecting that he told to come back and insist on me because of my beard which is discrimination, because the alarm turned on in other people as well and he was easy with them. My advice to fix your security system or you lose all of your costumers for me I will never go there again.
