Unable to get in the the store as in a wheelchair so i have to go further to find a shop with disabled acces.

I went to return a parcel using their UPS service. I followed the return instructions - 3 forms given with the item. One to included inside the parcel and the other two should be provided to the courier. He said he doesnt deal with it and it had to be stuck on the parcel. My understanding is that it was suppose to be handed to them for processing. He asked me to stick it on but I dont have any sticky tape! I dont just carry around tape with me. I asked if I can have just a little bit to use for the parcel and he asked me to buy a whole one from his store. It is part of admin/processing of the parcels and he said imagine if I have to keep giving tape to every customer that comes in! It was my first time going to this store and will be my last! The guy was rude and unhelpful! Do not use UPS service from this shop! Waste of time! Go elsewhere.
