        Excellent staff....helpful and cheerful at all times. However the situation with the lack of Daily and Sunday mail newspapers is awful. Just after 9am this morning there were no Mail on Sunday papers available. Sold out I was told....at 9 am....Have I got to sleep on the doorstep to ensure I can buy a paper. Extremely poor management as this is a regular occurrence.

        Jan the old lady and Ben the young lad are perfect no problem with them what so ever lovely staff. Sharon however absolute rude and should not be working there. Got abusive for no reason. Now she IDs my whole family for the fun of it, plays games saying oh we cant give change when all the other staff can. One time she stuck her tongue up at me because I didnt get served. Absolute pathetic sad women. Went in after weeks and she threw my change back vile women.
