I think this shop has so lovely workers and the products are high quality with low prices.

I had one awful experience a couple of years ago with a member of staff who looked down at me, spoke rudely and sniggered because I enquired about the price of stamps without buying even when buying another item. I've recently began to visit regularly and staff are much better now albeit improvements can be made, especially with the goofy-looking mute girl who doesn't offer any service. Edit: Sorry for the reduced rating but one awful and insulting incident to this extent speaks volumes for me, especially for a "community lead establishment" that doesn't respond to negative feedback via their customer service email.

Everything is great here. Lovely staff who are always friendly and willing to help.
