        Rude staff. Queued 10 minutes to buy a car wash to ticket only to be told its not working. Would have been really easy to put a sign up to say its not working.

        This place is terrible service is rubbish, arrogant staff. They serve hot food and drinks in there with seating area. But the toilets out of order for 2years . It's a joke. For some reason they don't like you using them . One of the staff admitted to me that there is nothing wrong. the out of order sign is there for no reason and they keep it looked.

She asked me to describe her and she said it was the same woman who wouldn't HELP and told her to leave. Esso/Morrisons why is this woman still working here after so many years?
