It doesnt seem very well thought out.. shopping today christmas very busy time for drink everybodys got alcohol and only one member of staff as a security key to allow people to buy alcohol crazy !
scanning is in the wrong position. It scans food in your arms, Its happened quite a few times to me ..scanned one item twice .
Come on M&S, surely you can do better?

Staff friendly and helpful. Store has good layout and is clean and presentable. Although can be busy during the day.
