After posting the above negative comment (mainly due to the lack of communication from my part and misunderstanding) I can confirm Dean personally came to my home in order to understand why I was disappointed. As I was not satisfied with the original job he has offered to refund what I paid and to revisit any work that needs doing free of charge. It seems the work was done correctly but my problem lays elsewhere within my roof structure. They also showed me all their qualifications and I can confirm they are 100% genuine and fully qualified.

I don't usually write reviews but in this case felt compelled to inform others of my experiance. I came across D J K Property as I had a leak in my roof. The man came with his son who was fairly young and got him to climb up the ladder for literally 5 minutes and claimed that the problem was just a loose slate which he had fixed. A week later the rain began and guess what? The leak was still there! I called them up again stating that the problem hasn't been fixed and he agreed to return to have another look. At the time of his arrival I was away from home so he had to wait 10-20 mins for me to return. I recieved a call in the middle of the wait from the man saying that he had apparently spotted more problems on the front of my house? Now I've never had any issues at the front on my roof so I layed my trust in him to fix whatever issue he had seen. Looking at my CCTV, his son was up there again for 3 minutes and just pulled a bit of grass out from the neighbours gutter (bearing in mind I had my gutter cleaned already month back). So basiclly he's obviously made the most of his time and upsold something that I never really needed that cost me another 120. Upon my arrival, he had sent his son back up to the original area in question and apparently fixed this issue once again. He also suggested that I should spend another 300 with him and have the valley fixed as this could be the main curprit? I don't understad why he coudnt have saved me the time and money and just suggested this from the start? With no surpirse the problem contintued and I've had to call another roofer out who had pointed out the poor workmanship these cowboy builders carried out. The slates were not put in properly and had been covered in silicon. The valley was absoutely fine and these guys were literally milking me for cash. ANYBODY READING THIS BEFORE GETTING THESE LOT OUT, I ADVISE YOU STAY WELL CLEAR! HE HAS A WAY OF TALKING AND TALKING AND ASSURING YOU HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING BUT SERIOUSY HE DOESNT HAVE A MONKEYS CLUE.
