        Poor standard of work, a fraud and will leave your build incomplete. Do not get work done by him at any cost. Takes his share of instalments while leaving work undone. He still has the audacity to ask for final payments to be made while having thousands of pounds of work left outstanding. Be prepared to take legal action, if in the off chance, you do decide to get work done by him. Beware that the 5* reviews are from the builder himself. Info of those names can be found in his email/company accounts on gov website
