Had a new back door fitted in February 2022, I had no hesitation in going back to AM windows for replacement of my French windows. I did not get a quote from another company as I very pleased with the service I received. Ben was able to advise me on what would work in the space and what options I had. I was kept informed of the delivery date (which was quicker than I expected) The fitters did a great job and made good the original wood surrounds and left the place clean.

I would highly recommend this company. Ben gave me excellent advice and suggestions regarding the design of my new front door and glass surround so that it was inkeeping with the design of the original door and surround. It's an old house! John, who fitted the doors was friendly and professional and left the job very tidy I have received so many compliments from neighbours and passers by.

The team at AM Homes Windows Developments - Glazing Division were brilliant. Always polite even to our two boys who can ask a lot of questions. Nothing was ever too much trouble and always cleaned up after themselves leaving things as they found them. Even when they noticed the wrong glass had been fitted and that the wrong furniture was on the front door they changed it no quibble. I did not have to chase once.

We engaged Tony Maisto and his firm to build a simple 1 bed annex in 2021. Work started July and was still nowhere near finished when the company went bust (and emerged as a phoenix with a slightly different name, months before we were informed that the old company was going under) in Spring 2022. The brickwork is terrible and means the windows have massive gaps round them that were roughly filled with foam, looking terrible and will not be watertight for long, the block ground section was uneven in height and we've had to cover with decking. The flat roof pools water and the coping stones, of poor quality and fitting, were not finished and made watertight, the small porch was lopsided and not square with a lopsided arch, the site was always messy with young lads left with little experienced supervision. The foreman hardly ever showed up. .... I could go on. My recommendation would be to not touch this company with a barge pole unless you like stress and poor workmanship that doesn't get finished.
