Alex Construction & Maintenance Limited

Most of the images on Alex C & M Construction is from my house. Our experience of this man in brief has been terrible in all respects. His workmanship is far from any professional. He has done nothing in our house that we did not have to redo. Not even one floor was flat, in one 3 meter X 4 meter room there was 5 centimetre difference. He may pretend he is professional but we can not point to even one thing that he has don correctly. The brand new roof was leaking from several points after couple of weeks. The roof consisting of one large pitch roof and two flat roof completely was removed and redone as shown in one picture. None of the floors are level and it had to be redone at great cost. If you have any doubt ask him to show you the house he used these beams. Your project will cost you 3 times of what it should be. I have to also mention that he will use all sort of tricks to get you pay for the work that he will not deliver. He will rub you from the work, material and your funds. I am loading few picture of his work when the new builders start rectifying the mess he created. Avoid this conman.

Alex and his team have completed numerous jobs for me to a very high standard, including an extension with all internal related works. I'm extremely happy with their work and prices. Highly recommended. 5*
