If I could give a minus star rating I would. Everything was dreadful from the very start with these awful people. My conservatory has leaked from day one. They don't care. Most recently a panel of ceiling glass exploded into thousands of pieces and fell all over my dining table. I called them and spoke with their representative who is rudeness personified. They fob you off constantly. Nothing is their responsibilty and they have no intention of sorting out any issues, ever. This is my experience but perhaps I was just unlucky. Not. Please beware. These are not honest or plesant people to deal with. About to take my case to Trading Standards after yet another abusive and dismissive interaction.

Possibly the worst type of company you could ever come across. The first occasion our conservatory was delivered, the fitter looked at it and told us it was sub standard and everything needed to be sent back and replaced. On arrival and fitting of the second conservatory, shortly after we discovered it leaks badly. The fitter has since gone bankrupt and weve just had to deal with the multiple more leaks that have sprung over the last 3 1/2 years. The leaking isnt the worst part. A few days ago, one of the inner panels of glass shattered randomly. The glass left deep gouges in the furniture underneath, god knows what it would have done to an infant playing in the room. Thankfully we werent sat in the conservatory at the time, or I fear we would have been left with horrible wounds. The worst bit is when you get on the phone with them and youre faced with the nasty little diva on the other end, who seems to be allergic to talking to people with respect.

This company should be avoided by anyone who wants a quality product and to be treated with common courtesy. The above review written by Ed Andersson was submitted by my grandson. His mother is the person who actually paid for the conservatory which was purchased in 2019. Everything my grandson wrote is factual and reflects the experience we had as a family trying to get a signed contract honoured. The company have my email address and I would like to hear what they have to say about the latest development which, as my grandson says, could have caused serious injury, even death. NO EXAGGERATION!!

Having just had a Durabase conservatory installed at my premises I could not be more pleased. From signing the contract to seeing the finished job everything went like clockwork thanks to the very nice staff and the installation team. I would recommend the company to anyone. Steve

Cannot pass on enough praise and compliments for the whole experience. From date of order to completion everyone was very helpful. Base and conservatory arrived on the expected date. Wayne and Zak (our fitters) were there to receive the delivery. Within 4 days we had our conservatory and a few laughs along the way.
