Called last Wednesday to enquire - I am a commercial Landlord & have just had a large property abandoned by the lease holders in a state. The customer service advisor here didn't have the first idea of what they were talking about & instead of taking the time to understand was defensively rude then hung up on me.. Not quite sure what I was hearing however suffice to say I won't be using their 'services'.

Let my company down badly by not turning up as arranged so we had to clean the entire new building ourselves on a Sunday, 1 day before handover - Scott ignored all my calls - at least man up and have the balls to answer the phone!!! I work for many companies as a Site Manager and will do my best to make sure this company is on everyones blacklist... As you know Scott your response below is complete lies as I've shown on facebook with dates and times of emails and messages - You emailed a quote on 19-10-18 to our buyer @14:35pm, she gave you an order number minutes later to which you commented on "the swiftness of the order" when we spoke at 14:50pm You confirmed you would be there personally @8am Saturday 27th October with 2 operatives and I emailed you confirmation of dates and times @14:56pm. I called your own mobile phone as well as the office number many times the Saturday and Sunday (and since) which was ignored and the messages left have not been answered to date!! This is the first response we have had from your company at all!!! - As you know I messaged you today and yet again no response. You are just making your Company look worse (if thats possible!) by the ignorance and these lies!! - Tell you what I will post all the emails and messages we have records of - YOU ARE UNBELIEVABLE!!!! BE A MAN AND ADMIT YOU SCREWED UP!!!
