Costa Coffee

The lady who served us was lovely, cant say that about the guy who looked like marlon from emmerdale, complaining about having to put cream on latte's, two young girls on phones behind counter, coffee and hot chocolates were spot on as usual but staff need to be told about their standards behind the counter.

.Bad customer service. Went to leicester fosse park Costa today. The Barista was serving and there was a que of 2 people waiting .. There was another Barista, I believe that may have been the manager, he was stood at the end of the counter with a young lady. I Imoved over and thought I would politely ask him if they had costas brand of porridge in stock. As uiur own brand is better than the marks and spenders brand that you stock. The youn lady quickly replied as she was stood talking to what I thi k was the manager., who I woulddescribe as a nice man. This is because I normally go to that particular Costa in fosse park leicester.The a coffee shop in the food court. The young lady was quick to reply. All the porridge are out there.I then asked the chap stood with her; The question is , Do you ha e your own brand porridge in stock. She smirked . Whilst he shook his head from side to side a d said no. So , your staff reply without listening to the question. The young lady definately needs training on customer service. As this reflects on Your brand and Company. Was very offended. This is why I took Time to write this review. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
