The personnel isn't that friendly, or welcoming for that matter. The way they speak to you isn't that polite either, rather, it is as if you're asking them to do you a favour against their will.
This might be caused by the stressful environment they work in, and that's totally understandable - maybe more frequent breaks might help them get some time to cool down.
All in all, it was a decent experience.
