Starbucks Coffee

Just the tea was rubbish, like luke warm tap water didn't taste like tea. Probably using cheap teabag. Had it been pg tips of Yorkshire tea bags would notice the difference instantly.. Place was clean, people serving were very polite. I would put the blame squarely on management and them wanting to make maximum profits from substandard materials. Basically people are tired and want a break no option but to stop. Then get rubbish tea quite expensive and we drunk less then 10% of the large paper cup. Threw the rest away and left sandwiches were fine fresh tasted OK.

I have been coming here for years. Since the new management took over the prices keep going up, the staff have changed, poor customer service, and its obvious training has been poor. Its barely ever buzzing anymore. For higher prices than other Starbucks cafes, you may want to make sure the standard of coffee service and pace is in line with other concessions.
