Yesterday I got a milk chocolate cookie that had a large bit of hair in it, complained and had no apology just replaced it I asked too speak to the manager a lady she just said it was replaced and walked off, absolutely disgusting

I think the refit is great , well overdue and always busy ,more then b4 , which is good . only issue we have and its a shame is u rarely see the tables wiped and cleared and bins always over flowing, trip hazard waiting to happen come on u can do better staff are friendly just letting themselves down .....
