We went into Rescue Venus Cow, looking forward to getting to buy the infamous leggings. The woman working told us about their amazing start in America, with so many famous people supporting them. We asked about sizing and if we could see the leggings - she just said 'oh I know your size, you are definetly a medium'. My mum questioned this as she was unsure, but the woman pushed them at her and said to trust her. She wouldn't get them out of the packet so we could see them, or even look to see if we liked the product, especially as my mum is pretty tall. Unfortunately they did not fit when she tried them on at home. She went back to the store a few days later to ask to return or exchange them due to the sizing being wrong. The same woman, was extremely hostile and defensive, that they do not accept returns if the packet is open or the leggings have been tried on (this was never mentioned at the time) and could not believe that there would be an issue as they've never had a complaint before. She said that the leggings would have to go in the bin or to a charity shop. It was just her general rudeness that we can't believe, and after having been advised to shop there by a group of friends, will definetly not be advising anyone else to go there either.

I've just been to heaven. Thank you Holly for your time today. I cannot believe this absolute gem tucked away in Stoneygate. The Venus Cow leggings and T shirt are incredible quality AND made here in Leicester. I've paid three times the price for inferior leggings believe me. The fit and feel, OMG. The lace dress is stunning and I cannot believe the price 25. What a wonderful unique idea to re purpose and use beautiful designer clothes to sell your ethical sustainable brand and the staple fashion pieces we all need. Absolute genius ladies. I am so happy with my visit and the amazing stuff I got including my very cool Chanel bracelet for a steal of a price I am writing this review, something I honestly very rarely do. You have so many things I love I know it won't be long before I am back. Thank you. Loved It.

I travelled from Sheffield to visit Rescue Boutique and I would recommend anyone who loves clothes to have the experience which is truly unique and so much fun I cannot wait to go back

Such a fun experience thanks guys. Really awesome stuff you just couldn't find anywhere else. Love my Isabel Marant t shirts and the Aniyeby stuff I'd never even heard of, you were right I am completely in love XXX
