        No dispatch information so dont know when deliveries are coming?! I missed my delivery without realising it was due that day. Had to contact the company direct to find out it was being delivered by Royal Mail, still waiting and no idea when its coming. Its standard to be able to track a package?! Im dumbfounded.

        This website sells items that are not in stock (and therefore cannot be delivered within the promised timeframe) without explaining that they are not in stock and that they don't know when they will be in stock again.

        waited over a month for two 4 chef jackets to be delivered, contacted every week. every week its another excuese

        Order placed for student nurse uniform on 7th Sept, no contact from them after waiting nearly a month for this to arrive. Contacted 3rd Oct for refund, was advised this would take 5-7 days to process. Refund still not processed, contact with them has been unhelpful and further supports the negative reviews here. Find it incredibly hard to believe it takes this long to 1) send items or 2) refund them. Stay well away from this company. I unfortunately had no choice as they are the supplier my uni use, but after reading the other reviews its clear this company is an absolute disaster.
