As a employee I feel disgusted about that place. My and my friend apply for permanent possition. We worked 2 days without any training, induction, introduction or whatever. Owner same as menager ignore ours question about signing contract constantly telling us "latter". No one show us warehouse, toilets, offices. We have to ask about everything ours co-workers. Since day one we've been treat worst than other employees by owner. He talk to us with superiority and contempt in his voice. For polite question I get one word answer. He don't introduce himself also (I have to ask coworker). Look at us angry all 2 days even if we do ours job properly. We work hard all day with minimum time in Toilets (that was another owner issue. Yes. 2 Toilet Brakes per 9 hrs work was to much). I don't know what was his issues with us. Maybe LGBT rainbow on my wrist? That only thing that makes me different from other workers. Although we've been treat so bad in there we keep working hard till end of shift. This place makes me feel like worst category of human. Contract become trial after 2 minutes talking with owner who has no idea who he hire. Very sad place. The worst place I work for since 7 years of my work experience! EDIT Again company is shed responsibility. Quantity of neglect is appalling. You said that contract will be ready later and after 2 minutes you said me that we are on trial. I know that I am not British but it doesn't mean that I don't understand what you said to me. Anyway all warehouse heard ours conversation. I have nothing to hide. But again... Lies, lies, lies. Again treat people as stupid. Note that I may steal something on canteen (when I change shoes to leave) were really not appropriate and full of discrimination. DISGUSTING.
