Awful ! Sent compliant regarding parking penalty and did not receive response until after the 14 days period of "discounted" fine option. Forced to paid before was heard and responded to complaint. Of course, the response was that they reject my argument, fine paid and case closed. Photo evidences seem to be fake, as there is no one photo evidence of a car parked nearby signs telling not to. Photos seem to be taken in totally different area. Car was parked on lay-by in front of a restaurant- my 36 weeks pregnant fiance had to go for loo- I am sure 99% population would understand that when pregnant woman have to go for loo, she had to go! Car parks are approx mile from the public centers, not an easy task for heavy pregnant lady right?! Anyhow, been given highest fine possible of 70! Asked the question why is that? I have never breached your laws before, I am not in your records for anything! The penalties are between 50-70! Very well done Leicester City Council, I shall not be choosing your city for any reasons, leisure, shopping or study. Nada!
