Ameema is professional, kind and has a wonderful patient centred approach. She listens attentively, is relatable and checks in weekly to determine what further treatment is needed. She is honest about the treatment and services and uses a variety of methods to ensure optimum care is provided. I am so grateful that she was able to support me with my pain and bring me some solace during a difficult time and I am more then happy to continue any future treatments needed knowing I will be in her safe hands.

The chiropractor tried her best but personally I would not reccomend. Because when i had lingering symptoms after adjustment sessions with her, and i tried to be an active patient as in researching problem further and asking questions about, she stopped replying and told me she cant help me further. Also 3 months after her lower back adjustments, im now getting knee pain, which is hurting my knees everyday and i have to reduce working hours, jus after barely recovering from another injury. From my research, excess adjustments to the lumbar curve can cause an anterior pelvic tilt which can injure the knees over time. Which is what i think is happening to me currently. Also If you use her, deffo clarify with her before hand if you are only planning to have 1x session. Otherwise if she assumes your coming back for another session, but you didnt plan to, then it can cause a misunderstanding after your first session similar to what i had. And If youve got a complex issue, get a chiro with more than 10 years experience! Thank me later Update May 2023 - Ive asked information from the chiro about which lower back adjustments were done, so that i can take them to my new chiropractor so to continue proper treatment. Ameema at Honeycomb has been unprofessional by ignoring my requests to provide information of my own treatment.

Had a few sessions with ameema which included acupuncture. The level of pain I was feeling has drastically reduced. I had alot of tight muscles in my legs but I feel a lot of pressure has been released from this area. It's amazing how much of a difference I felt in a short time.

I discovered Honeycomb Health Clinic as my mum was in a lot of pain with her hips and back. From the first meeting with Ameema, my mum felt at ease and benefitted from the first session. Ameema is compassionate and accommodating, which made my mum feel comfortable straight away. Thank you!
