Unfortunately my last delivery has been a nightmare from the phone conversation to the very dry old chips that came (I'm.presuming they don't want to be doing deliveries ) it's a shame because these were my go to comfort food but after a cold delivery last time and now this I can no longer rate 5 stars

Just been here and wow Absolutely disgusting never tasted something so vile chips just pure greasy more grease than anything to point chips just mush and like they had been cooked with the fish rice over cooked and all very bland bbq sauce no flavour waste of money and put the bin would not even feed dog whats we just had glad I only ordered what I did and didnt spend more

Not the first time having problems with them but now they wated cash after I ordered trough the app and food arrived and they wanted cash they didn t want card so dodgy people had enough of them won t even speak on the phone with me. Worst place ever. Better go to another place I bet no place will be as that bad treating customers.

Great food, it's a shame the service has become extremely poor lately. Last time we ordered delivery and we received a confirmation message advising we have to pick up the order. Today, we ordered and the driver just turned up asking for cash; we told him we logged our card details online and we offered to transfer the money if they can't take the payment online but he said no and left. We called to ask why this was, and the person on the phone started swearing and said "you no money." Great way to keep customers away from your business
