        virtual queue took very long, hate ordering online because i cant customise my order. i wanted half medium chicken and half very hot, when the food got brought out it was wrong. i waited for my food for at least 2 hours total. customer service was great all expect for one. shamira was very chatty and friendly with my boyfriend and was talking to him at the toilets about personal things and asking him personal questions such as whats your instagram? where you from? and so on which is a disgusting as she knew i was clearly with him. not happy.
