Terrible car, even terrible service. They are happy to take 30k for a car and 900 for a warranty, but when the vehicle encounters an issue, and trust me, this brand WILL encounter numerous issues a year, they are poor to deal with it. Been ringing the bookings office for the last 5 hours, and they keep saying they are busy. Do yourself a favour, don't buy a land rover. It's rigged with issues and these garages are full of interns who don't know what they are doing. Service: Brake service & repair Aug 2nd, 2022

I called up asking about a software update and a navigation map update now 6 days ago. I was told I will receive a call back once they have looked into whether this is something they can do. I have called up daily since to ask if they have an answer so I can get the work carried out however each time Im just told well try to get back to you today. This business has clearly shown how reliable and professional they are by not even being able to call you back. I strongly wouldnt recommend wasting your time with these. Mar 1st, 2022

These people have the worst customers services ever. My Range Rover sport was dropped to leicester branch as nonstarter due to fuel pump problem as diagnosed by AAA. I was told the diagnostic cost would be 900 but would rise to 1400 including labour to fix. I gave them the go a head as I had no option. The car was not starting due to low pressure, something to do with fuel pump so could drive it any where for a second opinion/quote. When they finally replaced the fuel pump and got the car to start, they told me that engine light was showing on dashboard, something that was not there before. They told me that to diagnose the problem I would need to pay extra 1500, Just for diagnostic for engine light. After this I would pay for parts and labour depending on the problem. I thought the initial diagnosis cost of 900 could have covered for any other as long as the car was still with them therefore I would only need to pay for parts and labour as required. They refused and told me that my engine was now running, I could go and collect my car if Im not happy to pay the extra 1500 for engine light diagnostic. I opted to go and collect my car but when I got there , I found out that the car was left on the sales department side with all the engine covers they had removed packed in the trunk. I took the sales staff to my car where it was parked, showed him the state of the car but when I enquired why they were not properly placed back in the original position, the sales staff told me he was not sure why the mechanic did not replace them back. He apologised and said he would be asking them to call me on Monday as it was Saturday and the garage was now closed. By Monday I received a call with an apology from a sales staff offering me future free Mot, without any explanation why my car was left at the state it was. Still on that Monday I started receiving staff group emails discussing various clients with their complaints ; apparently they accidentally added my email as one of their own staff. I mean how unprofessional this was beyond me. Half way through the day they realised I was constantly getting bombarded with these emails, at this point they called me and asked me to delete the emails as it was done in an error. Remember this is after reading the exchanges between staff members describing customers in different ways. Never going there again. The lady who dealt with my case was Sian Baxter. Worst experience ever. Dec 22nd, 2021
