        Nice friendly polite staff, if you want a bargain and help the animals, this is the place to go, also if you want to donate any unwanted items its for a good cause

        Poor poor attitude by the lady I have just encountered. I asked whether they were taking donations, she replied only clothing. I said yes this is clothing (2 small bags worth). She said no they wouldn't take them. I explained there was very good quality things in there actually including a nearly brand new Barbour coat that I personally wanted to give to the RSPCA and not profit from it like eBay. The woman in a very rude attitude without even looking in the bags, said no, we won't take that. Last time I try to be charitable.
