        Leicester branch staff rude and stuck up, will not exchange after 28 days even though I explained I had been in hospital with heart attack. Dont buy from here, use a different charity shop, all over priced and mostly rubbish.. And staff will humilate you in front of others by calling manager to desk even when not asked to do so. Just so they can all take part in embarrassing you. Aweful and ruined my day out with special needs child who was mortified by show they put on.. How cruel.

        Lovely shop with a great selection and very helpful staff. Changing rooms could be a bit more private but otherwise I definitely recommend.

        Used to love this shop but recently their prices rocketed that its literally cheaper to buy new things. Good selection of clothes, lovely staff but I just dont enjoy this charity shop anymore due to the prices.
