Great service from a professional and friendly company. Contacted Stuart to take a look at our kitchen floor - he visited and tested the cleaning product on a small patch of the floor first to make sure it was suitable and would work. He then gave us a quote and booked a suitable date there and then. The cleaning was done by a lovely guy called Jon, who arrived exactly when expected and worked diligently for almost 3 hours to clean the grime out of the grout and crevices of our stone effect kitchen tiles - to remarkable effect. The floor - which is 20 years old - now looks like new and has pushed any ideas of laying a new floor right out of our heads - saving us money and a lot of inconvenience. 5* service from start to finish! Before booking I had a lengthy conversation with Stuart over the phone. He clearly had been in the industry for years and gave me so much help and advice regarding a carpet stain that had happened on my new lounge floor. He educated me on cleaning a wool carpet going forward as its needed with care. A couple of days after Jon arrived and gave a 5* service deep clean. He arrived on time, took his shoes off when he came in the house and was very professional and tidy. I also asked him for advice on some lambs wool cushions as it was unable to wash them or get them dry cleaned (label guidelines) and he cleaned them for me. Hes been brilliant at communicating over text and email and overall I am very pleased with the service given. I will use them again when I next need a clean and also recommend to friends and family.
