Even the demeanor changed from polite to curt and dismissive replies. They didn't tell me they were cancelling my appointment and eventually they stopped responding to my messages. It would be almost comical if it wasn't so inconvenient.
So they only show professional courtesy if you're spending more money? Very unprofessional and a dissapointing work ethic. I don't recommend
