Salesmen looks tiered of His job. Bad attitude towards new customers. No parking facilities and mis lead information on advertisement

I have bought a second hand car from this dealer recently that was advertise on AutoTrader. Nothing mentioned on the ads that the car has any problem or require repair. first day purchased a car, I took it to the motorway and notice the problem with the car. Contact the dealer and they agreed on return and refund. Took the day off in a week and spend money to get to garage and been told that cannot get the refund. Their advised to me was that " if I need a car with no problem I should buy a brand new car".

Booked to view a car as I was travelling 120 miles to come and see it. I was very disappointed to see the condition of the car. The description did not match the condition of the car. When I told the guy in the office how much I was willing to pay he looked at me like I had gone out. Very rude way of dealing with customers.I find it hard to believe where they got the 5 star customer service rating that they claim to have. In all very dissapointed in travelling 120 miles there and 120 back to look at junk.
