I urge any potential buyer to avoid! My niece purchased a second hand car (Renault) she has been promised call backs but they never happened. She has had an unimaginable experience with a member of their staff, that poses a safeguarding question about how they carry out checks of employees who work with the public, by that you can make your own minds up. They offered so much support after an incident this has never materialised, my niece is on the edge and her life has changed forever I will be taking this now to all the local press and to Renault whos name you have up on the building. You will be named and shamed, I am disgusted with your lack of communication and support, if you had a safe recruitment process this would of never happened

Called and requested multiple callbacks but never actually got through to the sales team only the reception. Eventually, I gave up on them and tried Richard Sanders Northampton, who gave excellent customer service and sold me the car I wanted at an affordable price.
