Blackbird Crossroads Motors

So i brought a car from blackbird crossroads motors a couple of weeks ago, a blue fiesta ST. The salesman were friendly & all seemed fine...... The car was modified & looked good, it had a very loud exhaust, i thought, that's no problem, I'll change it for a quieter one ....once i got the car on the ramp the day after i bought it ....i realised it had NO CATALYTIC CONVERTER! which means the car was not road legal! I checked the MOT certificate, which funnily enough was done at BRAUNSTONE Crossroads motors, one of the other sites that's part of the dealership. So the only way this vehicle could have passed an MOT would be to cheat the emissions test!! Very dodgy & very ilegal. So the car was sold to me NOT ROAD LEGAL & with a FRAUDULENT MOT certificate. I reported this & they said they would sort it .... the next day....The CLUTCH went on the car! I reported this to them, they said they would sort this also, as it was under warranty...... they refused to collect the car. The exhaust was not a warranty issue, it was not road legal, so i didn't see why i should be at a loss to get the car to them, we all fell out over the phone, the deal was unwound, & the car returned to them, they are now trying to resell this vehicle. Its worth noting that blackbird were not the issue.....it was BRAUNSTONE CROSSROADS that caused all the problems once they took over negatiations. I would advise not to use this dealership as they clearly saw no wrong in the situation throughout....dodgy!

The staff we really helpful and patient with me choosing a car. The happily brought a car from the blackbird branch that I viewed online. Friendly staff and easy procedures made the car purchasing experience enjoyable!

Had a few problems at first.mainly because I bought through a finance broker and there were some communication problems but the aftersales here I cant fault it. Daniel was fab and helped me rewind a deal and get a different car when I wasnt happy with the one I originally purchased. Kept me up to date with what was going on and we got there in the end. Im very happy with my new car. Thank you!!!
