Friendly people, great customer service, we are property renovators and turned up to view covered in paint plaster and dust, covered the seats so we could test drive, and allowed us to take the car the same day, will definitely use again should we ever need another car

Insult aside (petty), lesson learnt, if you're looking at a used car and you're not mechanically minded, get an independant vehicle inspection done if you can afford to as it may save you hundreds in the long run. Simply the 2 stars reflect the extra costs I've incurred since buying the car. Update: I feel I should reply to sellers review reply as it is untruthful making out I'm a bad buyer:- Full MOT - Actually 8 Months left then new MOT Failed No Advisories - Actually 3 when it was being sold New Battery - Broke down twice because of battery which was not correct for the car should have been a start/stop battery 400 discount - Actually 100 AC Regas - Was a waste of time as the AC Condenser is broken leaking gas Brakes - Had to have full discs/pads front and Pads rear as all were shot (as per this mot advisory) I've probably only done 1000 miles or so and still finding more issues and they cant even be bothered to talk to me about it. Having owned a car from this garage for 8 months, I can honestly say I've never owned a car with so many issues, all which add up to an expensive car which wasn't cheap in the first place :( not sure if its a quality control issue or just unlucky.

Village vehicles has been nothing but a pleasant experience for me, I recently bought a BMW 330d and Dan has been more than helpful, wasnt pushy at all and really looks out for his customers and wants to offer you the best deals he can! Any issues Ive had Dan has been readily available via a quick message or phone call and Ive been able to take my car straight back to him and hes more than happy to make sure the issues dealt with and fixed to a high standard! Ive bought a number of cars over the years and I have to say Dan has been the most pleasant down to earth and helpful person Ive come across, he feels more like a friend than a salesman and thats what you want when buying a new car, not a single fault for vehicle village and you know whatever car youre purchasing from them will be well looked over and with the 3 month warrantee if any issue does arise it will be dealt with straight away! Definitely recommend village vehicles to anyone looking to buy a new car!
