Moving the Vauxhall Service/Parts area to this place just doesn't make sense. Service rep must have been new to the job because he couldn't answer two simple questions.

Always a honest and friendly experience with the service team. We have 5 cars from Sturgess in the family and we all use the service department we wouldnt go anywhere else.

Have dealt with Sturgess Leicester and bought 4 cars in the last 4 years from them including two brand cars. They have always done everything they can to make sure the car purchase experience is great. Any issues have been resolved and all cars have been handed over to me in immaculate condition. I have mainly dealt with Tariq for my purchase's along with Kiril for one car. Tariq cannot do enough and I am glad he was still there for my recent purchase along with management team. Great experience including reception staff who have passed any calls on.
