Arranged to meet seller today, no deposit was asked, we said we will leave ours at 12 to pick up and text when we leave, 5 minutes later his partner messages to say there's a deposit on it, and it's no longer available,they knew this was a surprise for our son. Do not trust the word from this dealership, if that's what u can call it

I brought a 2015 Diesel Ford Eco-Sport from Discount Cars Limited back in May 2021. Having seen the car first on AutoTrader I called Discount Cars Limited to arrange to come and view the car. On arriving to view the car the team was incredibly helpful, but most importantly they were not pushy in any way. This allowed myself and my dad to inspect the car and take it for a test drive without feeling watched over or pushed into a purchase. When I decided I was happy with the car, again the staff were brilliant. There was a minor issue with paperwork from the previous owner not being available (which was out of Discount Cars Limited control) so sadly I was not able to purchase the car at that moment. However they worked to collate all of the relevant paperwork for me and I returned a week later to complete the purchase. I found the price of the car to be more than reasonable compared to other options on the market, so much so I feared it was too good to be true. However this was not the case, I have now owned the car for 9 months and have been absolutely delighted with it. It has just passed its first MOT with me with flying colours and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again for sorting me out with the perfect car!
