This is the 3rd time that my car has been returned with a fault on the audio system. The garage informed me that they had carried out a diagnostic and a test drive but couldnt fault the car and yet when I drove the car home the fault appeared within 400 metres of the garage. They also said that if the equipment was at fault that it wouldnt be covered by the warranty which is odd as the car had the fault when I bought it!

Brilliant service at Inchcape Leicester, all of the staff were approachable and friendly. My sales rep Alvin was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to get me a great deal and did a brilliant job finding me my ideal car. I have been a customer of Mercedes for several years now and have always received great service at Leicester, would certainly recommend them

Its a shame no one called me back when I requested so many times from the in car system. I eventually called the dealership directly and got my service booked in. But the earliest date by then was over two weeks from the service A due date. I made a complaint via the in car booking system and still not hear back. However the actual service to the car was great and staff at the dealership really helpful and friendly.
