        food was nice, bad service let us down. unfriendly staff and food came before drinks which we waited over 30 minutes for.

        Ive been here a few times and i have to say, each time the food is great but the service is terrible. staff dont really seem to care that youre there. We waited 40 minutes for 3 lemonades which eventually came out after our food. No smiles or anything like that. You have to pay at the till when you order and from that point its like they forget youre there once they have your money. dont think ill be going back to be honest.

        Food was nice but awful service, our 3 coffees came at different times with long waits, we then waited over 30 minutes for 2 iced teas, no apology or explanation from the waiters at all. They were not busy at the time either, there was only us and two other people. Staff were not polite at all and had no customer service skills whatsoever, they couldnt even fake a smile.
