        Arguing with a client who is in a wheelchair because they made sure it there was butter on the potato isnt something you should do when other clients are in the place. Talking over the client and repeating yourself in such a rude manner Isnt right. There is a better way of speaking that is more appropriate. And arguing should not be done either way. LEARN THE SKILLS REQUIRED for good customer service. This particular lady is always rude. Wont be going back. Shes rude each and every time. EDIT SINCE CAFE DIDO REPLY: - Your reply speaks volumes and only proves how rude you are. Id like to add that as someone who is in charge of an elderly groups and who have several elderly couples who meet frequently at cafe dido I can tell you I will be highly recommending them not to come and delivering this information to them.
