Such a fantastic place to go for something to eat, it's not pretentious, fancy food cooked in a reduction of this, or served with a jus, if you want that go elsewhere. If you want honest, decent, homemade food, that's genuine value for money then you need to pay these lovely ladies a visit. When you go in through the door...it's just welcoming, and friendly, you feel at ease...like you've just gone to your Nans, or your Mums for a meal. My daughter, and I went on Friday just gone, and we sat up in the corner, and took it all in, they greet the regulars by their names (think Cheers but with tea/coffee, and food) they talk to you, have a laugh with you, you're made to feel like part of the family, you take a seat, and shortly after you've made your choice of what to eat, they bring you a plate of something nice, and homemade. They have a great little outdoor section too, for when the weather is decent, and they have Ale etc. on tap...what more could you want? We will definitely be going again, and I really think you're missing out if you don't go too...
