    Awful company, arbitrary, unkind, unfair, unjust and dangerous to say the least. Beware of any insurance company that uses this terrible Subsidence Management Services to deal with your subsidence claim as they are giving your money away to a dangerous company, one which will let you down in a big way. Subsidence Management Services and Aviva, I'm a human rights advocate and have never had to deal with such types of so called 'professionals', especially one specific manager overseeing all Subsidence Management Services final operations. The lack of transparency is seriously out of order in so many ways, but sadly, Aviva and Barclays allowed this company to get away with murder! They do not listen to a client that has been paying them for 23 years. I have been badly let down by these insurers and their poor choice of company to deal with their loyal customers' subsidence claims! It was Hell on Earth and it doesn't stop here as the consequence of their negligent actions are still felt in my property!!!!!!! Awful the lack of justice that is allowed by these insurers who do not even investigate my claims and allow Subsidence Management Services to get away with such a lot of injustice! One after another! AWFUL COMPANIES STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

    This is the worst company I have had the pleasure in dealing with. They send numerous "experts" round who all have differing opinions and, in my experience, they have had 3 attempts a sorting the subsidence, which took 9 years and has returned less than a year later. Do they want to know, no, despite issuing a certificate of structural adequacy, they are not interested, all they say is the relationship between them and the insures has changed, not surprising but whats that got do do with me? i am seeking further legal advise re my next step with this lot.
