We use Rachaels VA services for my construction business. She is super efficient and quick, much quicker than any employee I have had in my 30 years of running a business. Rachael is a joy to work with and all my staff love her as she is very welcoming and approachable, and always happy and smiley in our video calls. She knows her stuff and her EA skills are impeccable. I wasnt sure if virtual would work for us but it was the best thing we ever did and Im so glad we chose Rachael, who was recommended to us by another building company. She is very clever and always 20 steps a head of you. I tried to find some faults but there really arent any. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rachael to anyone who needs a 5 star executive admin service.

Ive been using Rachaels VA services since the first lockdown when I got so busy that I could no longer take my own calls, reply to my emails or book my jobs in as I was always onsite. Now my life is much easier and stress-free. Rachael has been a godsend and in turn, my business has gone from strength to strength and everything is now done in a timely and organised manner. Rachael monitors and responds to my emails, she takes my calls and books quotes and jobs in. I also receive an update from her over email at the end of each day, which really helps. The extra jobs I get in due to taking her on cover her fee and still leave me with a profit so it is a win/win situation.
