The staff here are rude and arrogant, if your not a friend or weekly regular then you are made to feel unwelcome, like you have to apologise for walking in the door and asking if you can have some of your OWN money. Before they hand money over they ask what it's for and when I pay it in they ask where I got the money from!!! Unless it's an absurd amount in the thousands, it's none of their business..it's not a legal requirement!!! if I could change building societies I would but access here for me is convenient.. the staff seriously need to work on their attitude or the bosses need to get rid..
