AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Placed order on 3rd December 2022 with the delivery eta for 3-5 working days. Called them two weeks ago for an update, spoke to a rude member of staff for an update who basically advised its only an estimate and orders can take longer than stated on their website. No apology might I add. MISLEADING, I should have bought the item elsewhere for better, faster and more reliable service. Looks like I will have to wait until 2023 for this to arrive! No high hopes for this seller and definitely will not recommend.

Absolutely terrible. I paid 2 weeks ago for next day delivery and I still cant get a email return or them to answer the phone. Con artists! Edit: I eventually received my goods over 3 weeks late having already been refunded through PayPal so I done ok in the end.

I placed an order for a polycarb shelf on Sunday and then realised I had made an error. I telephoned but the office was obviously closed and I therefore raised a customer service ticket requesting help. I received a reply today stating it was already in production and couldn't be changed even though I had requested the change in writing 1 hour after ordering on the Sunday. I have telephoned this morning and they won't make any effort to help at all. I have since read the reviews and realise I picked a company with very poor feedback who don't appear to give any kind of customer care. In my opinion you should avoid at all costs.
