Been twice and the service has been extremely slow. The staff is not experienced, the wait for food is way too long. The place needs refurbishing although is brand new. The food does taste nice but quite disappointing as there is hardly any waiters and the very few ones cannot handle the demand. I had high hopes but don't think I'll be returning again.

It's obviously from when you step in to this branch in Leicester that the place has been neglected, the decor has not been maintained. Chairs were stained, tables dirty, stained and splattered walls. The hygiene of this place is shocking, in comparison to how they have advertised themselves on their Instagram page, deceptive. The food was awful, everything arrived stone cold, making things look pretty with their obsession with using rose petals, it was literally on everything we ordered.. Even the chips! They had 1 server serving between 4 tables. Definitely won't be visiting again and wouldn't recommend. Wasted 40 on food that was inedible, worst experience. If I could give it zero star I would.

I booked a birthday afternoon tea for birthday party, usually with afternoon tea you receive unlimited drinks however no staff came to take our drinks order, we were in the upstairs seating and went downstairs around 5-6 times and had to keep asking for orders to be taken. When the drinks came up they were cold - again had to go down go complain. There was around 14 of us so the amount we spent according to the service we received was very poor. I wouldnt recommend this place as the food was also average and the sandwiches were dry.
