ordered an item back in Dec .. said it was in stock.. company constantly blamed Royal Mail. Was promised a refund which never materialised .. luckily reclaimed the money back from my card issuer. Dreadful experience. Beware !

I bought my flowerfirls gorgeous dress from here. Communication was really good, always very responsive and kept in touch re my delivery. Really informative and the dress was the most elegant in quality. She looked stunning. Thank you.

I ordered an item which was out of stock. I was sent a different item which was unsuitable. I sent this back by recorded delivery the day after receipt and have been waiting more than 4 weeks for a refund despite being told in writing that they would address the refund urgently. Buyers beware!!

*in response to the reply I think you may have her confused with another unhappy customer? I gave a fair honest review with polite constructive criticism and you accuse me of lying... My friend had big issues trying to return stuff to store because of policies and procedures she was not made aware of when purchasing in store. it Took 14 days to get a refund and even then they deducted shipping without informing her of this. Nothing majorly wrong with the items they just didn't fit propey/suit the dress. Please could you outline your policies more clearly in the future. pehaps on the recipt? Or on a sign in store?
