Mel and Lucy were so welcoming, so warm and made the whole experience feel easy, my Aunty who has health issues was looking for her dream dress, she didnt know what she wanted just that it had to have sleeves, Mel and Lucy both picked some dresses for her to try they were all beautiful, slowly my Aunty began to relax and that is because Mel and Lucy were helping her and putting her at ease, she was really well looked after and it was nice to see her smiling, the dresses on the rail were stunning and the two women who own this shop are equally as wonderful as the dresses they have in store. It was very relaxed and my Aunty found her dream dress thanks to this dynamic duo. Bridal Reloved Leicester is the perfect place to go if youre unsure and just want a friendly face to guide you, Ill be back next year for my dress ladies. Thank you so much again

Mel and Lucy were so patient when I was trying on practically every dress in store. I overthought my dress, but luckily it was still there the next day when I rang back, and they were so accommodating with helping me reschedule appointments due to covid. Fantastic selection of dresses in practically every style, bridal accessories too, and to top it off - two lovely ladies to guide you!

I absolutely loved my visit to Bridal Reloved Leicester, Mel and her co-worker we're absolutely lovely and gave the best advice. Anyone looking for genuine guidance and a different variety of styles should definitely visit.

Mel and Lucy are the loveliest ladies and make my experience of finding a dress an absolute pleasure. They helped me pick out lots of amazing options and in the end it was hard to pick just one! I ended up changing my mind a few times but they were sooo helpful and didnt put any pressure on me at all. Thank you so much!
