Steer well clear. Cowboy builder with no insurance, idea of what a warranty is or any decency. Thomas did a kitchen extension for me like a total cowboy. Some things you have to permit but the level of their work was pretty shocking. took about 5 months to complete and still plenty of defects which he hasn't responded to. I have had to pay other workmen to fix this. Now i have a leak in my roof and he doesn't want to know stating that he does not do Warranty's. This is going through small claims court now.

Instructed to provide a quote for repair works on a property purchase. Appointment booked a week in advance, confirmed attendance of the appointment in the morning on the day. However did not turn up. Rang to find out where he was, said he was nearby. Rang again then phone went to voicemail. No reason provided or follow up. Wasted time and effort and a disappointment.

If you are looking for Reliable, Honest, Trustworthy & Hardworking Builders.. Look no further.. Tomas and his uncle do an amazing job, going the extra mile in achieving customer satisfaction. Their workmanship is excellent as they take great pride in what they do. They are all round builders with a wealth of experience between them both. Just to mention a small list of jobs they have done for me is, replacing doors, replacing radiators, replacing bathroom suites, creating a full new extra room, electric work and much more. Lastly, if you are looking for some building work to be done, give them a call or message, you have nothing to lose.
